The project:
Work involves all limestone quarrying activities at Lafarge's Ruwang cement plant. The quarry is in the Klang Valley which is a prime market for Lafarge and the heartland of Malaysia's industry and commerce.
The annual production of limestone is 2.5 million tonnes.
Scope of work:
Macmahon’s activities include quarry development, drill and blast, load and haul, and dump of limestone to crushers used in the manufacture of cement.
