About the Macmahon graduate program
Macmahon has partnered with Engineering Education Australia (EEA) to provide all our graduates with a structured two year development program (three years for underground mining engineering) to complement their on-the-job skills development. The program is strongly focused on developing personal skills important to business performance and longer-term career growth.
As part of the program you will also have access to Harvard ManageMentor – a practical and engaging online resource to help address day to day questions and challenges.
Who are we looking for?
To be eligible to apply, applicants need to be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident that is currently studying or has completed study within the last 12 months.
Graduate opportunities will be advertised on the Macmahon's jobs board. Applicants should submit a cover letter, resume and current academic transcript. Applications are accepted all-year-round for students interested in registering for our vacation program.
