About the Traineeship Program
Our structured traineeship program in RII30120 – Certificate III in Surface Extraction Operations offers aspiring individuals an entry point into the mining industry as a dump truck operator, combining hands-on training with the opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification that supports a long-term career in mining.
Embracing diversity, our traineeship program attracts participants from various backgrounds, including veterans from the Australian Defence Force, professionals from the hospitality and catering industry, administrative experts, bus drivers, retailers and individuals with experience in agriculture, among others.
