Tailored to Macmahon’s Unique Needs
Our course is bespoke to Macmahon, with content developed in close consultation with senior leaders. This ensures that the learning experience is not only relevant but also directly addresses the challenges and requirements of our operations. Our leaders are not just receiving generic training; they are engaging in a program that speaks to their specific roles and the environments in which they work.
Diverse Training Locations
The courses are being held at strategic locations, including the Perth Head Office, Lycullin, and Greenbushes, with additional sessions scheduled for Byerwen in June. These venues have been selected to maximise accessibility and relevance for our leaders. This experience has provided an opportunity for leaders to network across sites and fosters peer learning.
Comprehensive Course Content
