Macmahon's Board sets and reports against measurable diversity targets. The following table outlines our measurable objectives in relation to diversity and the progress towards achieving those objectives.  Macmahon supports improvements in the industry’s gender ratio by actively encouraging female applicants and has set a target of 25% female appointments for entry level programs.
