Located near Macmahon’s Fosterville underground operation, the Club is an important part of the local community, with members of the Fosterville team actively involved through participation and volunteering. The event brought together, players, families, volunteers, and local businesses, celebrating inclusion while strengthening community connections.
Beyond the event, funds raised will support improvements to shared sporting facilities, create opportunities for young First Nations participants and assist Sunshine Bendigo, a local charity supporting families experiencing hardship.
By supporting grassroots sport, the Macmahon Foundation is helping strengthen one of the region’s most import community assets. In close-knit communities such as Bendigo, sporting clubs foster connection, inclusion and a sense of belonging – creating positive social outcomes for employees, their families and the wider community.
