Supporting Regional Healthcare
The Bays Healthcare

The Macmahon Foundation is committed to creating lasting positive outcomes in the communities where Macmahon operates. Through its Grants Program, the Foundation invests in initiatives that strengthen health, wellbeing and community resilience.

One recent example is its support for The Bays’ Nursing and Midwifery Program, recognising the critical role regional healthcare services play in ensuring people can access quality care close to home.

By supporting programs that develop nursing and midwifery capability, the Macmahon Foundation is helping strengthen regional healthcare, improve access to essential services and ensure more people receive the right care, in the right place, when they need it most.

As a mining and civil infrastructure services provider, Macmahon understands the importance of strong regional communities. With a workforce that is largely based in regional and remote locations, access to skilled healthcare professionals is essential for the wellbeing of employees, their families and the communities that support them.

This commitment extends beyond project delivery. While Macmahon is currently delivering the Ison Road Upgrade Project in Werribee – a major infrastructure project that will improve connectivity across Melbourne’s growing western corridor – the Foundation is also investing in initiatives that leave a positive legacy long after construction is complete.

Community impact:

  • Supporting regional health and wellbeing.
  • Investing in the future healthcare workforce.
  • Creating lasting social value in the communities where Macmahon operates.
  • Strengthening regional communities through the Macmahon Foundation Grants Program.
