Greg Evans

Greg joined the Board as an Independent, Non-Executive Director in November 2024 and was elected as Chair in October at the 2025 AGM.

Greg has over 25 years’ experience in financial services and capital markets, including over 10 years as Partner and Principal Director of KPMG Australia’s Mergers and Acquisitions team. He has advised boards and management teams, providers of debt and equity and other financial sponsors on capital raisings, mergers and acquisition transactions, equity and debt structuring, public offers, and strategic growth options.

Greg specialises in energy and natural resources with a particular focus on the mining sector and is currently Non-Executive Chair of Yandal Resources Limited (ASX: YRL) and Non-Executive Director of Neometals (ASX: NMT).

Greg has a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Greg is Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, and a member of the Remuneration and Culture Committee and Nomination Committee.

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer

Mick was appointed CEO in 2016 and Managing Director in October 2019. He has more than 25 years of experience in the mining industry across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia in senior operational and executive leadership roles.

Prior to joining Macmahon, Mick held a range of operational, project and leadership positions with Leighton Contractors and other major contracting organisations, leading large-scale mining projects, and multidisciplinary teams across diverse regions.

Mick has a strong commercial and technical background, with particular expertise in commercial strategy, business growth and long-term value creation. Under his leadership, Macmahon has pursued alliance-style contracting models that drive transparency, shared value and win-win outcomes. He has led major contract negotiations, driven portfolio optimisation initiatives and overseen the expansion of operations into new markets. His experience includes developing and executing growth strategies, strengthening customer partnerships, improving project profitability and positioning business for sustainable performance.

A strong advocate for the wellbeing of the workforce, Mick is also the executive sponsor of Macmahon’s mental health initiative Strong Minds, Strong Mines, helping embed a culture that supports mental health awareness, early intervention and peer-to-peer support across the resources industry.

Mick holds a Bachelor of Science (Mining) from the WA School of Mines.

Mick is a member of the Nomination Committee.

Dharma Chandran - Non-Executive Director, Macmahon

Dharma Chandran

Dharma joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director in February 2024.

He is an experienced executive and non-executive director with an extensive background in professional services and human resource management across the financial services, resources and industrial sectors, in Australia and Asia.

He has significant experience in the contract mining and civil construction sectors, having served as Chief Human Resources and Corporate Services Officer at Leighton Holdings, where he supported large-scale mining and infrastructure operations. Dharma has further deepened his expertise in organisational capability and workforce strategy through senior executive roles including Chief People Officer at the ABC and his current role as Chief People Officer at Toll Group.

Dharma holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing), a Bachelor of Laws Degree and a Master of Commerce (Organisation and Management), from the University of New South Wales. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Dharma is Chair of the Remuneration and Culture Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee.

David Gibbs - Non-Executive Director, Macmahon

David Gibbs

Non-Independent, Non-Executive Director

David joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director in July 2023.

He is a mining engineer with 40 years of international experience spanning large-scale mining operations across a diverse range of commodities, including copper and gold, diamonds, uranium, coal (thermal and coke), talc and nickel laterite. His career covers both underground and open pit operations in South Africa, Namibia, Papua New Guinea, Australia, Thailand, and Indonesia.

David has held senior roles across feasibility study management, mine planning, operations, productivity improvement and cost optimisation. His experience also includes research and due diligence, strategic planning, project evaluation, and project development for complex mining operations. He brings a deep technical understanding of the full mining lifecycle and a strong track record in assessing operational performance and long-term value drivers.

David is a Director of PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk, a gold and copper producer listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

He holds a BSc (Hons) in Mining Engineering, a First-Class Mine Manager Certificate for Western Australia, and a Mine Manager Certificate from South Africa.  He is also a Fellow of The Royal School of Mines (ARSM) and a Chartered Engineer (C Eng).

David is a member of the Nomination Committee.

Suzan Pervan

Independent, Non-Executive Director

Suzan joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director during November 2025.

She is an experienced accounting professional with over 25 years of practice and industry experience. Susan spent nine years at EY in Australia and five years internationally, including with PwC. In 1998, she co-founded the Perth based accountancy firm Gooding Pervan Chartered Accountants, where she worked until her retirement from the firm in 2010.In 2003, Suzan was recognised with a Business News 40under40 Award for her contribution to business and leadership.

Suzan has also served as a Non-Executive Director of United Credit Union and Pioneer Credit, bringing governance, financial and strategic expertise to the Board.

Suzan is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, and holds a Bachelor of Business from Curtin University.

Suzan is a member of the Audit and Risk, Remuneration and Culture Committee, and Nomination Committees.

Grahame White - Non-Executive Director, Macmahon

Grahame White

Independent, Non-Executive Director

Grahame joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director in January 2024.

He is an experienced executive and non-executive director with a strong background in the construction, energy and resources sectors in Australia and Asia.

Grahame brings extensive experience in engineering, mining and resources, infrastructure and civil contracting, strategy, project technical and commercial analysis, and project development and operations management. Throughout his career, he has led business development initiatives across Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, China, and Malaysia within the infrastructure and civil contracting sectors.

He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Metals X Limited.

Grahame is a qualified mechanical engineer holding a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from the University of New South Wales and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Grahame is a member of the Audit and Risk, Remuneration and Culture, and Nomination Committees.

Chief Financial Officer

Ursula joined Macmahon in 2018 as Group Financial Controller and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2021.

With more than 20 years of experience in the global energy, mining and mining services industry, across public and private sectors, Ursula has lead teams in various key disciplines including assurance, regulatory compliance, finance, tax, treasury, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Macmahon, Ursula worked with KPMG in South Africa and Australia, specialising in financial reporting, financial due diligence reviews, assurance and regulatory compliance for major resources clients.

As Chief Financial Officer, Ursula is responsible for financial strategy, capital management, reporting, treasury, taxation and investor engagement. She also oversees Macmahon’s risk and compliance functions, ensuring strong financial governance, disciplined cost management and effective allocation of capital to support growth and long-term value creation. Ursula leads Group Finance and plays a key role in evaluating new business opportunities and supporting the execution of Macmahon’s strategic and commercial priorities.

Ursula is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Accounting, Auditing and Tax.

Peter Pollard- Macmahon

Chief Corporate Development Officer

Peter joined Macmahon in August 2020 as Chief Financial Officer and, over the following year led a planned transition of the CFO role while supporting strategic initiatives across the business. In 2023, he was appointed Chief Corporate Development Officer. Peter has more than 40 years of experience across mining, oil and gas, infrastructure and telecommunications.

Before joining Macmahon, Peter held senior finance, commercial and operational leadership roles with large international contracting and services organisations, including the CIMIC Group, across Australia, Asia and the Middle East.

As Chief Corporate Development Officer, Peter is responsible for driving Macmahon’s growth agenda, including strategy development, business diversification, mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships and early-phase project evaluation. He also oversees the Group’s Supply and Technology functions, ensuring strong procurement strategies, supply chain performance and technology capability that support operational delivery and long-term competitiveness. Peter plays a key role in identifying new markets, shaping long-term strategic positioning and strengthening Macmahon’s competitive advantage.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Business.

Nicola Hamilton MacMahon mining contractor people general manager

Nicola Hamilton

Chief People Officer

Nicola joined Macmahon in 2021 and leads the Group People function as Chief People Officer.  She has over 25 years of experience in people and culture leadership across global resources companies, including PTTEP, Beach Energy and Schlumberger. She has lived and worked extensively across the UK, the Middle East, France and Australia, building deep capability in supporting diverse, geographically dispersed and operationally complex workforces.

Before joining Macmahon, Nicola established and led senior HR functions, specialising in strategic workforce planning, organisational development, change management, talent management, and employee relations.

As Chief People Officer, Nicola is responsible for Macmahon’s people strategy, and building a strong, values-driven culture, leadership development and organisational capability. She sets the standards for people, capability and cultural execution across all operating companies and leads communications, diversity and inclusion, industrial relations, and employee experience.

Nicola holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Human Resource Management.

Maha Chaar, General Counsel and Company Secretary

Maha joined Macmahon in 2021, was appointed General Counsel in January 2022 and Company Secretary in January 2024. She has extensive national and international experience across legal, commercial, governance, and risk roles across resources, infrastructure, mining and commodities, engineering, oil and gas, and construction.

Before Macmahon, Maha held senior commercial and legal roles and worked on large-scale project developments and disputes, cross-border transactions and complex commercial contracts.

As General Counsel and Company Secretary, Maha oversees Macmahon’s legal strategy, governance frameworks and corporate compliance obligations. She provides strategic legal advice to the Board and Executive team, manages corporate governance obligations, and supports major commercial negotiations and transactions. Maha plays a key role in ensuring the company operates to the highest standards of governance, transparency and ethical conduct.

Maha holds a Master of Laws, a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), and a Bachelor of Science. She has also authored several peer-reviewed academic papers.

Bryn Vaughan

Executive General Manager HSSEQT

Bryn joined Macmahon through the Decmil acquisition in 2024 and was appointed Executive General Manager HSSEQT, in December 2025. He has more than 20 years of experience across the resources, construction, and service industries.

Prior to joining Macmahon, Bryn held senior roles at Decmil and CPB Contractors (formerly Leighton Contractors) where he oversaw major safety programs, strengthened governance and risk frameworks and supported large multidisciplinary teams.

As Executive General Manager HSSEQT, Bryn leads the Group-wide strategy and governance of health, safety, sustainability, environment, quality and training. Bryn plays a key role in shaping Macmahon’s safety culture, strengthening governance and assurance maturity and building workforce capability through systems leadership, training and data‑driven performance oversight, including emissions reporting and climate‑related compliance.

Bryn holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety Management.

Jason McCallum

Managing Director – Surface Mining Australia

Jason joined Macmahon in June 2023 as General Manager, East Coast and Civil Operations, and was appointed Managing Director, Surface Mining Australia, in October 2024. He is a Senior Executive with more than 35 years of experience in the mining sector.

Before joining Macmahon, Jason held senior management positions with BHP, Vale Coal and Yancoal, where he delivered operational transformation, performance improvement and major project leadership across both owner and contractor models. His background includes extensive responsibility for financial management, people leadership and regulatory compliance in complex, large-scale mining operations.

As Managing Director of Surface Mining Australia, Jason is responsible for strategic direction, operational delivery, commercial performance and business growth across Macmahon’s surface mining operations. He leads project execution, client engagement, risk and financial management and workforce capability to ensure safe, efficient and sustainable performance.

Jason has a strong passion for fostering a proactive safety culture, guiding teams to make responsible behavioural choices that protect people, uphold integrity in operations and support long-term operational wellbeing.

Luke Reymond

Managing Director - Underground Mining Australia

Luke joined Macmahon in April 2024 as Mining Manager for Underground Mining and was appointed Managing Director, Underground Mining Australia, in May 2025. He studied Mining Engineering at WASM and has more than 22 years of experience in surface and underground mining across Australia, Africa and Asia.

Before joining Macmahon, Luke held senior leadership roles at Pit N Portal and Barminco, leading high-performance across underground mining projects and driving operational excellence.

As Managing Director of Underground Mining Australia, Luke is responsible for strategic leadership, operational performance, commercial outcomes, project delivery, workforce development and risk management.

He plays a central role in growing the underground business and ensuring safe, efficient and high-performing operations across all sites.

Deon Baddock

Managing Director - Civil Infrastructure West

Deon joined the business in 2022 through the acquisition of Decmil and was appointed Managing Director of West Coast Civil Operating Companies, in September 2025. He is a Chartered Professional Civil Engineer with 30 years of experience across the resources, infrastructure and renewables sectors in Australia.

Deon brings a strong blend of technical, commercial, and leadership expertise, with extensive experience delivering complex civil and construction projects.

Prior to joining Macmahon, he held senior roles at NRW Holdings where he oversaw major project governance, commercial performance and contractual strategy.

As Managing Director of West Coast Civil Operating Companies, Deon leads the business with a strong focus on strategy, operational delivery, commercial oversight, risk management and contract governance. He is responsible for driving sustainable business performance, ensuring safe and efficient project execution, strengthening client relationships and guiding the Operating Company’s long-term growth. Deon combines technical depth with strong commercial acumen to support the successful development and delivery of all projects from concept to completion.

Deon is a Chartered Professional Civil and Structural Engineer and holds various Postgraduate qualifications.

Simon Barnes

Managing Director - Civil Infrastructure East

Simon joined the business in 2022 through the acquisition of Decmil and was appointed Managing Director, Civil Infrastructure East, in September 2025. He is a Civil Engineer with 30 years of experience in civil infrastructure and construction across Australia.

Simon brings extensive experience delivering major infrastructure projects across diverse contract models, including alliance, design and construct, and public-private partnerships. He provides strategic leadership across governance, innovation and multidisciplinary project environments, ensuring the successful delivery of complex civil works.

Before joining Macmahon, Simon held senior executive roles with Acciona and Lendlease Engineering where he led large project teams and oversaw major transport and infrastructure programs.

As Managing Director of Civil Infrastructure East, Simon is responsible for strategy, operational performance, risk management, commercial oversight and client engagement across the region. He plays a key role in driving business growth, strengthening project governance and supporting high-quality execution from project concept through to completion.

Doug Hamilton

General Manager – Asia

Doug joined Macmahon in 2016 as an Asset Manager in Indonesia, was appointed Operations Manager in 2019, and is now General Manager – Asia and President Director of Macmahon’s Indonesian business.

He has more than 35 years of experience in the contractor mining and construction sectors, with extensive leadership experience across the Asia Pacific region and Southern Africa.

Prior to joining Macmahon, he spent 23 years in senior roles with Leighton Asia driving complex mining and construction projects across multiple countries and developed deep expertise in international operations, cross-cultural leadership, and large-scale project execution.

As General Manager – Asia, Doug Is responsible for all operational, commercial and strategic activities in the region. He oversees project delivery, workforce management, stakeholder engagement and regional governance, risk and compliance frameworks.

Doug also plays a key role in driving business growth in the region – building strong client relationships, securing new opportunities and expanding Macmahon’s operational footprint while developing the national workforce. He is committed to ensuring safe, reliable and efficient performance across all Indonesian operations.

Decmil
