Macmahon recognises the benefits of having a diverse workforce and seeks to create an inclusive workplace environment where the diverse experiences, perspectives and backgrounds of people are valued and utilised. The Group’s Diversity Policy is available on the Macmahon website, and requires the Board to set and report against measurable diversity targets. The following table outlines our measurable objectives in relation to diversity and the progress made towards achieving those objectives at 30 June 2020.
