That breadth is what defines Matt’s role. He works closely with supervisors to keep the job moving, making sure the crew is aligned and everything is being done safely and to standard. The skills that matter aren’t just technical.

Matt first started with Decmil in 2021 and has worked across a number of civil infrastructure projects – each building on the last. That experience is what earned him the step up into leadership.
